Borussia Dortmund like Bayern Munich have always represented the German league at the European stage and ensured they give their fans some excitement.

Going into their UCL match against Fc Copenhagen away from home, Borussia Dortmund needed to put in extra work to get the expected results and they did not disappoint.

Their only defeat coming into this game was against Bayern Munich in the Germain Bundesliga and they had to turn it onto their European opponents.

While’s Bayern Leverkusen were taking a beating at home, Dortmund were writing their own story. Nmecha started the campaign with a 20’ opener and thirteen (13) minutes later, an own goal by Anton levelled it for Fc Copenhagen.

The visitors were poised for a win and their determination on the field spelt it all, Bensebaini made it 1-2 for Dortmund in the 61’ from a spot-kick before Nmecha got his second for the night and third for Dortmund in the 76’.

Borussia Dortmund were now 1-3 up yet player as if it were a final. Silva who wanted his bit of the action got served in the 87’ to make it 1-4.

It was already over for Fc Copenhagen but the crowd continued to cheer for the home team as though they were in the lead.

They paid the fans off with a late goal in the 90’ to reduce the goal tally to 2-4 with Viktor Dadason recording his name on the scoresheet for Fc Copenhagen.
