FC Copenhagen fans will be fuming at Pantelis after his deflected goal gave Bayern 04 Leverkusen a point away from home.
Two Danish tacticians met in the UEFA Champions League and the outcome sure got Kasper Hjulmand happier than his compatriot.
FC Copenhagen hosted Bayern 04 Leverkusen at the Parken stadium with their hopes of recording the first win of the competition but on the brink of stoppage, a miracle happened to help Leverkusen share the spills.

With a new manager and a building face in process, it is understandable the team will go through some tough times but surely not against Fc Copenhagen.
The first half is the UCL fixture was rather pacy but a game plan that the hosts probably wanted to use. It didn’t take long for Fc Copenhagen to break the deadlock as they were doing everything right since the blowing of the whistle.
Nine minutes into the game, Jordan Larsson gave Fc Copenhagen the lead and they held on to their goal going into the first half.
The second half was calm as both teams tried to explore the mistakes of the other. Alex Grimaldo did not just score an equaliser in the 82’ but a magnificent free kick that was placed to the top corner where Dominik Kotarski could not stop.
The game was now open to anyone, Fc Copenhagen took the initiative five minutes after Grimaldo’s equaliser and took the lead through Robert. This should be enough to give the hosts their first victory but fate had something else prepared.
In the dying minutes of the game, Claudio Echeverri’s cross was deflected in by Pantelis Hatzidiakos to square the game a 2-2.
The perfect picture at home has now been reduced to a work in progress painting as Bayern 04 Leverkusen got saved by the bell.
