The UEFA Champions League game between Bayern Munich and Chelsea Fc drew lots of attention, notably from the CWC.

Chelsea Fc are the current World Champions after beating Paris Saint-Germain and many have expressed it was going to be same with the Germain giants but nothing of the same happened.

Bayern Munich hold a better h2h record against Chelsea Fc and they continued to increase their dominance over the EPL club in a match were many have blamed Chalobah and Gusto for errors leading to their loss.

It is understandable, Chalobah recorded an own goal in the 20’ to give Bayern Munich the lead while Bayern were still controlled the pace of play.

Harry Kane who has been on fire for Bayern Munich scored his first from the spot kick after VAR awarded the Germain club a penalty in the 27’ to make it 2-0.

Cole Palmer pulled one back for Chelsea in the 29’ after a return pass (1-2) linkup with Malo Guato.

Harry Kane in the second half continued from where he stopped when his solo effort in the 63’ gave Bayern Munich a 3-1 lead over Chelsea.

Maresca finally made some important changes but probably a little too late. In the 89’, Cole Palmer guided his second into the back of the net but was ruled out by VAR as offside.

Chelsea Fc had to settle for a 3-1 defeat in Germany while they focus on their next game against Manchester United in the EPL.
