The former Tottenham Hotspur’s manager Ange Postecoglou after taking charge of Nottingham Forest has been handed his first defeat to welcome him back to the EPL by Arsenal.

Ange Postecoglou took over from former Tottenham manager Nuno Elspirito Santo and his debut was nothing to write home about against an Arsenal team who are hungry for a trophy this season.

Mikel Arteta has been direct on his approach and looks to be making an impact already. The game seemed to be planned for the new Arsenal signees who took off without holding back against embattled Nottingham Forest.

Martin Zubimendi whose arrival saw Thomas Partey leave the club scored a goal similar to what the latter was scoring for Arsenal. Zubi released a rocket to give Arsenal the lead in the 32’ and went into the half with same.

The return was nothing new for Arsenal as Eberechi Eze dazzled his early through to put Viktor Gyökeres in a position of goal and the striker made sure to slot it past Matz Sela in the 46’.

At this point, nothing seemed to be working for Ange Postecoglou and his team while Arsenal was having fun in the field.

Martin Zubimendi got his brace after a night of brilliance in the 79’. Zubi connected to a cross from Trossard to give Arsenal a 3-0 lead over Nottingham Forest and maintain their second spot on the league log.
