Nicolas Jackson has a very tall order on his head if he plans to make his loan spell at Bayern Munich permanent and this has been revealed by the German giants Honorary President.
Jackson who declined a return to Chelsea after Liam Delap’s injury now need to make ‘40’ appearances for the Bavarians and that already seems impossible.
Bayern have got one of the best strikers in the world (Harry Kane), and other players who would make it very very difficult for him.
The only person who can save Nicolas Jackson at Bayern Munich is Vincent Kompany who can help him with games.
Among Chelsea’s demands was a record fee for a single season loan, understood to be €16.5 million (£14.3 million, $19.3 million), although it was recently revealed that part of that fee came from Jackson and his agents’ willingness to sacrifice some money owed to them.
“Firstly, it wasn’t €16.5 million, the player and his agents paid €3 million,” Hoeneß said during an appearance on Doppelpass. The player cost €13.5 million.
“If a player costs €80 million across a five-year contract, it costs around €16 million every year, so it’s a good transfer.”
Do you think his push for a move to Bayern Munich will come back to bite him on any possible position at Chelsea after his loan spell?
