Manchester United is suffering just as their former manager and team legend Ole.
Ole Gunner Solskjaer took charge as manager in the Turkish league and the team he signed for got no chill as they fire him following his inability to qualify them for UEFA action
The 52-year-old took charge of the Istanbul club Besiktas in January and steered them to a fourth-placed finish last season.
Having led them to a defeat by Swiss side Lausanne in the Conference League play-offs on Thursday, the club missed the chance of playing any European football this season, the club with immediate effect dismissed the Norwegian.
They said: “Our contract with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been terminated following a decision made at a board meeting.
“Following the meeting, our chairman, Serdal Adalı, thanked Solskjaer for his services to date.”
Ole wasn’t bad at Manchester United as compared to Amorim and with the former legend without a job, Is it time for Manchester United to bring their former legend back?
The likes of Zinedine Zidane have been linked to Manchester United with the former maestro locked to secure the French national team managerial position.
