The 2024/25 TotalEnergies CAF Champions League Final kicks off with a blockbuster first leg clash between South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns and Egypt’s Pyramids FC on Saturday, 24 May at the Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Pretoria.

Kick-off is scheduled for 15:00 local time (13:00 GMT), in what promises to be a thrilling encounter between two of the continent’s top sides battling for supremacy.

This year’s edition carries added prestige as it will be the inaugural final to award the stunning new silver-and-gold trophy, launched in Johannesburg earlier this week during a landmark event.

And for the first time, viewers in over 28 international territories will have the opportunity to watch Africa’s biggest club football match live, underlining the global interest in CAF’s premier competition.

CAF has confirmed that the match will be broadcast on multiple international platforms, ensuring fans from Africa, Europe, the Middle East and beyond don’t miss a moment of the action.
