Krobea Kumasi Asante Kotoko since signing coach Karim Zito have started to pick some momentum and splendid performances and this has got fans hailing him for the turn around.
Kumasi Asante Kotoko in their last five matches have won three (3), lost one (1) and drawn one (1) beating Bechem Chelsea and now Dreams Fc.
The game that many thought would be difficult for the porcupine warriors seemed rather easy after the end of proceeding.
The chase for who wins the ultimate has been very tight with two (2) points separating the league leaders Bibiani Gold Stars.

The game between Asante Kotoko and Dreams Fc started with full force from Kumasi Asante Kotoko who were playing hosts to Dreams Fc.
It was an awesome atmosphere as fans cheered both teams on but Asante Kotoko who had a mission took the game to the visitors and ensured they tasted the pressure of playing at the Kumasi Baba Yara Stadium.
Albert Amoah announced his presence in the 16th minute after breaking the deadlock to give Kotoko a lead. It was what the fans were expecting, the Zito ball was working and the team was playing to it.
Kwame Poku who returned to the club in the second half of the league added the second for Kotoko in the 40th minute and the roar was just incredible. After his goal, Kwame Poku did the deadman celebration and his team mates joined him in the celebration.
Krobea Kumasi Asante Kotoko held on to their 2-0 lead into the break and continued their adventure in the second half. Dreams Fc were lagging and needed something to motivate the team. The big names weren’t forthcoming until the 50th minute when Jonathan Nemorden drew one back for the Dreamers.

It was now a game of chance should Kumasi Asante Kotoko decide to protect their lead, but that was never the plan of Karim Zito who kept shouting at his players to move forward.
Kwame Poku was not done for the day, he wanted more, he kept knocking on the goal and on the 56th minute he got his second for Kotoko and the third goal for Kotoko.
It was now a long hurdle for Dreams Fc as they needed more than spirit. Kotoko were still pushing for more.
Fernando Wisdom Bassey in the 71st minute found the back of the net to give Kotoko their 4th goal of the day. It was all over for Dreams Fc now. Their closest effort to make it two hit the post as the game ended 4-1 to Kotoko.
The Porcupine warriors now move to the 4th position with 54 points after 31 games and still have a chance at the Ghana premier league title.
