The Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) after their recent elections has seen a great of change which seems not to be making a lot of hopefuls happy.

The elections showcased trust and leadership which did not bring any negative news of rigging and this has equally been commended by the masses who followed their electoral process.

Mr. Richard Akpokavie who has served the Ghana Olympic Committee in different positions applied for the revered leadership position of the GOC and got elected and for hours his victory was not communicated by the appropriate bodies.

Fast forward, President Richard Akpokavie who knows the pros and cons of the committee and other sporting disciplines took a bold step after his victory to pay a courtesy visit to the one of the most respected persons in the land of Ghana.
