Accra Hears of Oak has been under some criticisms following the current performance they have been displaying. Many have attributed this inconsistency to their current coach who seems to be out of place on certain occassions.

Accra Hearts of Oak won against Medeama SC and many hailed coach Ouattara for doing excellent but were quick to call for his dismissal after losing against some teams that fans thought should have been the easiest to win against.

The entire brouhaha surrounding the call for his sack comes about after league rivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko parted ways with their coach, Dr. Prosper Nertey Ogum who previously won them the Ghana premier league title.

The Coach who has asked for calm amidst the uneasy period made it clear that many people do not understand what it takes to coach and even how to work with players but quickly judge him on every little thing.

Mr. Opare Addo in the midst of all this have called for calm and asked for supporters to understand the coach and give him time.

With the big clash coming up soon, it is very important to keep your coach who has worked with the players and knows how to use them in such games that rush to replace him for another who would now have to come and build.

“It does not make any footballing sense to sack Ouattara because Dr. Prosper Nertey Ogum is gone.

There are modern day young coaches who cannot even operate the computer meanwhile people are calling Coach Ouattara an analog coach” said Opare Addo.
