Visionary club President of Medeama Sporting Club, Mr. Moses Armah Parker popularly know as ‘Mospacka’ after becoming the club president of Medeama SC made series of promises and has gradually fulfilled them to ensure his reputation of keeping to his promise remains intact unlike the sports minister who quickly forgot just months in office.
Fans trooping in to support their clubs and having access to basic amenities that make them enjoy the game has been limited in many aspects but Mr. Parker has hinted on making changes to his club stadium, the TnA Stadium.
The Accra Sports Stadium, Baba Yara Sports stadium and other nationals stadiums have not just suffered deterioration but also lacks any modern uplift to give fans, media and even onlookers the urge to come in and support. The most recent has been the fear of inadequate security at match centres that has resulted in many fatalities over the past few months.
Mr. Moses Armah Parker whose vision is to make football as must attractive as possible for his supporters, media and football lovers stated he will gradually transform his stadium form the traditionally known model to a new model that will equip sports lovers with the basic needs that should make their time at the stadium remarkable.
In order to attract more football loving fans to the stadium during the club’s home games, Mr. Parker has taken the initiative to install free WiFi at the stadium. This will be accessible by fans, media, team officials and other stakeholders. This initiative is in the right direction as media personal sometimes struggle to get any such connection whiles on duty.
With the initiative made public and much anticipation by fans, Medeama Sc have announced that as part of its value for VIP ticket holders, there will be free WiFi access beginning this Saturday 26 April, 2025 night in their GPL clash against Young Apostles.
This is the initial stage and would extend to all the stands in due cource
