Musah Lawson has been avoided by many boxers in and around the country for reasons he has described as fear and panic any time other boxers hear about him. The Ghana professional boxer who doubles as a Ghana Prisons Officer has been calling out bothers of different weights and divisions but his attempt to get competitive has not yielded any results.

Musah Lawson aka ‘Awoodade’ which translates we don’t do metals has continued to train and hope a brave boxer will come forward but nothing of such has been heard yet.

Lawson called out Derrick Quaye who has been making lots of noise in the Ghana boxing society as the best there is by chickened out when he was called out by Musah Lawson who was every ready for all terms and conditions.

The next opponent the ever ready fighter targeted was Obodai Sai who he claims is one of his senior boxers he looked up to yet wanted to share the boxing ring with him in a competitive fight.

Obodai Sai after all agreements signed although the fights was going to be an exhibition leaked the information to a third party whose circulation caused the fight to be canceled as the organiser concluded supporters will not turn up knowing it is just an exhibition.

The twist of events might be going in the favour of Musah Lawson who has been consistent in his calling out the bluff of other boxers both home and abroad.

Joel Camilleri, an Australian boxer in his social media post made known that at the end of last year he was in talks to bring out a fighter from Ghana who competed at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast representing Ghana but to his surprise, he opened his facebook and saw the tormentor sledging him.

Joel ‘Cama KO’ in awe said, “If I can’t lock in an Australian opponent in the next week or so, I might have to bring him out. 16-1 as a pro, Commonwealth Games representative, but sorry Musah Lawson you’ve never fought someone like CamaKO.”

Musah Lawson who wasn’t taking any of that stressed on his point and asked ‘CamaKO’ to try his luck. He said, “Guess you haven’t met a real fighter yet, I promise you not going to stand me pass the 4th round.”

In a comeback to cement his stand, CamaKO sent out a word of caution to Musah Lawson who could be his next opponent saying, “We will find out soon, there’s levels to this sport

Musah believes CamaKO went to handpick a novice boxer and knocked him out so he thinks he has levels.
